Measurements on this recipe could make 38 cookies at 70g each.
To be efficient, I’ve measured my dry ingredients ahead and kept it stored and available anytime I need to bake.

I’ve set aside raw cookie dough to store in the freezer. Raw cookie dough in the fridge could last 1-2 weeks; frozen 9-12 months.

Tips:
I used a hand mixer, but since it is not as powerful, I opted to hand mix it. And it turned out better!
