50 Calorie Donuts Recipe (makes 6 small cake donuts):

- 1 medium/large Egg
- 15g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 gratings of Nutmeg
- 30g (2 tbsp) Greek Yogurt
- 30g (3 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Cinnamon sugar to toss them in once baked.

DO NOT omit the cinnamon and nutmeg. That's what makes these baked donuts taste like donuts! Makes 6 small Cake Donuts. I used a 10 x 7 inch donut pan. Whip the egg well! About 3-5 minutes.

My favorite way to eat these donuts is to toss them in cinnamon sugar. However if you'd like to make a simple skinny ganache, here is the recipe:

- 100g (3.5ounces) Dark Chocolate
- 50g (3 tbsp) Milk

You will have some glaze leftover.
