Napili Bay Beach Review - Top Maui Beaches

Napili is located in past Lahaina Town and Kaanapali Beach just before getting to Kapalua. Many condos and resorts line the beach, including the Napili Sunset and Napili Kai Beach Resort (north end.) The Sea House Restaurant offers a great view while dining and has some delicious food.

Snorkeling is pretty clear with lots of fish and turtles along the rocky south and north side of the beach. There's also a quick little wave in the middle worth soft-topping or boogie boarding, but it really needs a lot of swell to break. It's also along a finger ridge or reef that usually protects beachgoers from large shore break. That being said, we've seen it get big and hammer those unaccustomed to the ocean.

The quality of the sand and the difficulty in finding available parking, make this a prime spot to hang out. Once parking is full, you're not gonna get a lot of other people on the beach. All in all, this is one of our top 5 Maui beaches!
