Afterburner overclock settings for RTX 3070:
Powerlimit: 52
Temp limit: 83
Core Clock: -291
Memory Clock: +1013
Fan Speed: Auto

Afterburner overclock settings for RTX 3080:
Powerlimit: 67
Temp limit: 83
Core Clock: -100
Memory Clock: +1251
Fan Speed: Auto

These do not produce the most mh/s, but they are quite stable and crash rarely.
I prefer stability over constant monitoring.
I am using Nicehash Quick miner for mining
