How to get Hamayumi Bow + Ganyu Build Test

In this video I will show you how to get the new blacksmith bow, how good it is on Ganyu compared to Amos' Bow, and showcasing my Ganyu build. Also included a rust damage showcase.

I'm using four piece blizzard strayer with the double cryo resonance for extra crit rate.
