Hungry snakes on the hunt - Dice snakes kill fish, non-venomous snakes from the urban wilderness

Some snakes hunt in special environments and places. Non-venomous Dice snakes (Natrix tessellata) are aquatic snakes that hunt and kill fish. They can be very efficient. This is a story about Dice snakes from a city in the Czech Republic, where we recorded them to hunt 3 fish species in one season, interesting interactions of more snakes and also research on Sac fungus, which is starting on them. Snake are important predators in the wild and this video also shows how they can adapt for life in urban nature.
