In October 2009, Christopher Gribble and Steven Spader along with three other teen accomplices committed a thrill-kill so gruesome it would instigate a change to New Hampshire’s legislature. All five teenagers were from middle-class homes. Gribble was a devout Mormon. What had spawned such depravity in this group of small-town teenagers?
