Everything we do with our lives, from our hopes, to ambitions, and even purpose in life, all boils down to one thing: happiness. Happiness is humanity's oldest pursuit. Studies state that if you're in a good state of mind, then you are very likely to fulfill a task with utmost efficacy. Ahmed Reda will discuss how to master the art of happiness, through the Egyptian perception, and how to transcend the boundaries leashing your happiness.

Ahmed Reda is the training supervisor at MSA University.
