By land I mean
✅ 1-3 acre lot sizes
✅ Primarily new construction, because that is where the most inventory is available.
✅ Most communities are located about 20-45 minutes outside of the metroplex

Today we are going to take a look at 3 neighborhoods around Fort Worth with current inventory priced in the $300s!

WHAT YOU GET IN $300s
It is a little tougher to find homes with acreage in the 300s - but not impossible.
Most lot sizes in this price range will be ½ acre - 1 acre
Most homes range from 1800 - 2200 sq ft and feature 3 bed 2 bath, 2 car garages

Lot sizes range form ¼ acre - 1 acre lots overall
Prices in $300s - $400s
City water + sewer

One story, wider lots with home centered around main family rooms

One of the newest ares being developed 45 minutes West of FW
1.4 mile radius, acc to 2019 census, population 1,000.
Not going to find a lot of amenities here, however it is only a 15 min drive to Weatherford and 10 min drive to I20 where you will have access to all the amenities you need.

Featured Neighborhood - Bulldog Crossing
Just North of downtown Millsap, Across from Millsap Elementary
Platted for 80 homes overall with 1 acre treed lots
NO HOA - less amenities but less restrictions!
Horses + small livestock permitted

Homes range from $300s-$400s

Community has homes in upper $300s-$500s
3-4 bedrooms and 2 or 2.5 baths
