In this series, we practice Ānāpānasati, a simple yet powerful Buddhist technique that involves observing the natural breath to calm the mind and awaken inner stillness.
✨ About Ānāpānasati Meditation
"Ānāpāna" means inhalation and exhalation.
"Sati" means mindfulness or awareness.
In this meditation, we gently observe our natural breath — no control, no force. This pure awareness leads to a peaceful, focused, and meditative state. With regular practice, we cleanse our energy body, dissolve past karmic blockages, and align with our soul’s growth.
