Rear-ended on a Motorcycle: 4-vehicle Collision on I-5 Express SB

Four vehicle collision on southbound I5 Express in Seattle. I was second from the front. White Plymouth struck the Subaru Outback from behind, causing the Outback to smash into me and the white Lexus in front. Yes, I did write to my representatives to legalize lanesplitting after this incident.

I ended up with only minor bruises on my lower back and a strained hamstring. It turned out that my backpack cushioned most of my impact with the ground.

This was recorded on a Contour+2 camera. The bike was a 2005 Honda CBR600RR.
