Join me on a local walk to enjoy some lunch in the woods. I own lots of outdoor gear, some budget and some expensive - but I wanted to just demonstrate that you don't need to spend a lot of money to enjoy our Great Outdoors and for just a few quid, you can enjoy the outdoors simply and on a budget. I know things are tight for many at the moment, me included - so sit back, enjoy with a beer or a nice cup of tea - and take in a little mindfulness session.
