Fresh Almond Milk
- 1 cup raw almonds (soak overnight with water)
- 2 cups water to blend

Almond Tofu
- 2 cups fresh almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 4 tablespoon agar flakes (check ur packaging, might be different from mine)
- pour 3 1/2 cups into a rectangular container

For the remainder of Almond Tofu:
- 1/4 cup of Almond Tofu
- 1 teaspoon matcha (for the smaller green tofu)

Spherification
- 1/4 cup Almond Tofu
- food coloring or fruit juice (strawberry works for pink, matcha works for green)
- 1 cup COLD FREEZING oil (freeze it for 2h)
- eye droppers
