Converting VISITOR visa to WORK permit in Canada, Is it possible? | Immigration Canada

Is it possible to find a job on visitor visa in Canada and then later on converting it to work visa or work permit. Also what are the problems and how long does it take and what are the chances. I will try to find an answer of this question in this video.
