HOW TO: Full Cover 3D Flower 🌸

Hi Everyone!

Today Sarah shows you all how to create a beautiful 3D acrylic flower that covers the full nail.

Sarah starts off by applying two coats of First Night on a stiletto nail tip before capping with a matte top coat. Then using a 3D brush, Sarah dips into Mega White to get a medium bead of acrylic on her brush before dipping into the Metallic Red acrylic.

Once the bead is on the nail Sarah leaves it to settle for a little while so it doesn't move too fast and then makes a small indent in the centre of the bead to create the first petal, using the 3D brush to define the shape and create details in the petal. Once the first bead is on Sarah explains that you can add multiple beads at once but you need to be careful to not put the wet ones right next to each other to ensure they don't meld together. Sarah suggests adding petals at opposite sides of the nail, layering the petals as they dry.

Once all of the petals have dried Sarah adds a small bead in the centre of the flower, she creates a hole in the middle and cuts off the ring to make a small spiral of acrylic. While the acrylic is still wet she adds a coloured crystal in the centre to finish off this design.
