Armor cancelling into super from Ex.Run during V-trigger. Run absorbs 1-hit of armor on one frame, on the next the super motion is input, then this happens. Birdie can also do it...

Input is qcf+KKK, qcf+P or you could do qcf x 2 +KKK-P. Works because of the armor on the EX-Run. Appears to use 4 bars but it only uses 3.
