Speak up if you think something is wrong with your body

If something feels off, you deserve to speak up, ask questions, and keep pushing until you’re heard. Self-advocacy isn’t overreacting; it’s an act of self-respect and self-care. Trusting yourself and insisting on answers can make all the difference, because no one knows your body better than you do.
