TVM802 A / B , full production run
Pasting, Pick&Place with the TVM802B and soldering a board. It runs at 50% speed. In the meantime I have adjusted the machine for 100% speed. To get reliable results at 100% you need totally clean nozzles and an external strong vacuum pump and use the camera for ALL components.
Sorry for the low audio volume. This was one of my first videos and I was still learning how to prepare things for youtube.
