GoPro Hero 7 Black Unboxing - Scam!!!

Just got brand new GoPro 7 black, from store.
I order it online from the shop, when it came i saw some minor scratches on body, so I decide to record unboxing, and it was interesting. In the box was old damaged GoPro Hero 5 black without battery and cable!!
Who is responsible for this, we will see, I have hard evidence here.

What do you think I should do?
