Doctor Who: Series 4 | Deleted Scenes

12 years after series 4 first broadcast and deleted scenes, originally from the complete Series 4 box set have never found their way online in it's entirety (especially not in HD). The deleted scenes featured across 4 discs and included a small introductory clip from Russell T Davies explaining why each scenes was cut and their purpose to the episode.
