Normal sudoku rules apply. Also, digits along a line must have values in between the values in the two circles on either end of that line. Digits on either side of a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio (for instance, 3 and 6). Digits on either side of a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
