Jab bhi hume koi chot lagti hai ya hum apne aas paas kisi table ya chair se takra jate hain to us hisse pe ek neela nishaan ban jata hai. Aam bhasha me hum ise neel padna kehte hain par english me ise bruise kaha jata hai.

Aapko apne sharir pe ye neela nishaan ye batata hai ki aapko vahan itni jor se lagi hai ki vahan pe maujood aapki capillaries toot gayi hain aur khoon fail gaya hai, internal bleeding ho gayi hai. Par ye bruise samay ke saath saath apne rang bhi to badalta rehta hai kabhi laal kabhi peela , kabhi hara to kabhi neela... aaeye dekhte hain ki in rangon ke peeche asal me chal kya raha hai.

Why do we get bruises?

A bruise is a mark on your skin caused by blood trapped under the surface. It happens when an injury crushes small blood vessels but does not break the skin. Those vessels break open and leak blood under the skin.
It can take months for a bruise to fade, but most last about two weeks. They start off a reddish color, and then turn bluish-purple and greenish-yellow before returning to normal.

शरीर पे नील क्यों पड़ता है ?

आपने अपनी त्वचा पे चोट का नीला निशान तो देखा ही होगा । ऐसा तब होता है जब चोट छोटे रक्त वाहिकाओं को कुचलती है और उनसे ख़ून बहने लगता है । उन जहाजों को त्वचा के नीचे खुले और रिसाव रक्त तोड़ने।
इस नीली चोट को ठीक होने में महीनों लग सकते हैं, लेकिन लगभग दो सप्ताह तक ये आम तौर पे ठीक हो जाती है ।पहले ये लाल रंग की होती है और फिर सामान्य लौटने से पहले नीली-बैंगनी और हरे-पीले रंगों में बदलती रहती है ।
