Mitosis Mnemonics - How to Remember the Phases of Mitosis

Here is a mnemonic for Phases of Mitosis
Prophase: Chromatin condenses into chromosomes, and the nuclear envelope begins to disintegrate. The mitotic spindle starts to form.
Metaphase: Chromosomes align at the cell's equatorial plane, attaching to spindle fibers from opposite poles.
Anaphase: Sister chromatids are pulled apart to opposite poles of the cell by the spindle fibers.
Telophase: Chromatids reach the poles, and nuclear membranes start to re-form around each set of chromosomes. The cell begins to pinch in the middle.

Cytokinesis: This is the final stage where the cytoplasm divides, and two distinct daughter cells are fully separated.
