Rare encounter: Wild Agouti feeding her baby in La Gamba, Costa Rica
these Agoutis live wild in the tropical rainforest and visit the tropical Research station every day to feed on Coconuts. This mama decided to give birth to her baby next to our dining hall where she raised it until it started to run around. This video was made during the first days of leaving the nest.
