Should Your Coroplast Sign Really Be?

Let's face it ... nobody wants their new sign to look too thin or cheap. But knowing which thickness of Coroplast to choose isn't exactly common knowledge, either. So, in this video, you are going to discover the 2 different levels of coroplast and the thicknesses available in each. Once you see these levels illustrated you'll know exactly how to select the most appropriate coroplast thickness for your new sign.

Our thinnest level of Coroplast consist of 3mm and 4mm. 3mm being slightly under 3/16 of an inch is ideal for simple and less permanent applications. Our 4mm coroplast is slightly over 3/16 of an inch, and happens to be the (world's) most popular thickness because it works so well for such a large variety of sign projects. For example, the 3/16" thickness works quite well for temporary outdoor wall signs, yard signs, real estate signs, political signs, sales presentations and retail promotions, just to name a few. Our thicker Coroplast is available in 6mm and 10mm thicknesses. Our 6mm is slightly less than a ¼ of an inch. This thickness is great for election signs, open houses and special events. The 10mm is slightly thicker than 3/8 of an inch and is the most popular thicker coroplast option. 10mm coroplast is much more rigid and is the most common thicknesses used for yard signs, real estate signage, directional and event outdoor signs (need examples) because the material is so versatile. Plus 3/8 inch thick coroplast works quite well for hanging signs and wall mounted signs. (need examples)
