How to properly disinfect door handles

According to a study by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), it is undetermined whether corona virus Sars-CoV-2 can be transmitted via surfaces. The study does not define what this means for the risk of infection via contaminated sources, but states the virus can survive up to 72 hours on stainless steel and plastic. Disinfecting surfaces at regular intervals eliminates this uncertainty and risk. Door handles, one of the most frequently handled surfaces, should be properly disinfected at regular intervals, especially in places of high traffic, e.g. trade, office, industry.

The most important measure to prevent infection, however, is to keep your distance from others and wash your hands regularly.
