$13 vs $130 Hotel Room in Bandung Indonesia

Today we see how far your money will go in Bandung Indonesia. I booked the first hotel for $13 and the second for $130 to see which was worth it. Living in Indonesia there is so much variety when it comes to booking accommodation. After arriving in Bandung so many of you recommended GH Universal Hotel. So I decided to see if spending more money on an expensive hotel would mean I would have a better stay.
