Genpact is hiring for the main consultant position – Servicenow Developer to join our dynamic digital solutions equipment. This role implies the technical property of the development of the ServiceNow platform and guides a team of developers.

Key responsibilities

As the main consultant, you will guide and manage developers, assign tasks, and provide technical leadership. It will participate in the collection of requirements, the design, development, and implementation of SERVICENOW solutions, ensuring the quality of the code and adherence to agile practices. Central tasks include workflow, development of scripts and integrations, the health of the monitoring platform, and the preparation of technical documentation.

It will also coordinate instance updates, hold planning workshops, contribute to best practices, and provide production support. The main training sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a degree and demonstrate experience as a Technical Service Now leader.
The required skills include the CSA CSSA of ServiceNow, the ITSM implementation experience, and JavaScript, API, commercial rules, UI policies, and service portals.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer-oriented communication skills are essential.
Preferred grades include the knowledge of Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or Rally.
