MIDNIGHT FREAK STORM! 60 MPH winds on our boat! #218

Join us this week on @ABOARDMERMAIDMONSTER as we encounter a midnight freak squall that hit us in the middle of the night in Turks and Caicos. After pulling in to the marina and trying to recover from previous days of disaster, we were totally blind sided by this insane storm. We enjoyed our brief stay in Turks but our main destination that we had been looking forward to for so long was arriving back in The Bahamas. Join us the few days cruise up to the Bahamas. Long periods of cruising is something the family has become really accustomed to. We look forward to chilling out and settling in to the long passages at sea.
