Solid Black Modern Tiny Home - The Sims 4 Speed Build

Today, I built a solid black modern tiny home in the Sims 4! This home is built in Forgotten Grotto on a 30x20 lot. It has one bedroom and one bathroom (plus an outdoor bathing area!). I really wanted to build a tiny home that was one solid color, but every color just seemed....too much. Solid black seemed to work the best! I actually love this home and really would like to live in a home like this!
