Painting the Village SLEEP BEDTIME STORY FOR GROWN UPS With Music (3 Hours of Background Music)

(Bedtime Story for Grown Ups Duration: 32m) This sleep meditation bedtime story for grownups by Dan Jones is about finding yourself sitting in a meadow overlooking undulating landscape, woodland, a river, fields and a distant village. You are painting a picture of the view. Someone walks over to you and the two of you go on a walk across the landscape and down to the village. The two of you walk down to the river and row into the town. In the town you head to the pub and sit in the pub garden, relaxing, you watch birds and insects in the garden. You eat a pub lunch. After leaving the pub, you head to the church, noticing the atmosphere in the church. You play the pipe organ in the church before admiring the beauty of the church and listening to the church bells ringing. You leave the church and head into the village library. You head from the library, following the road around, down to the river where you see people doing pottery on the riverbank. You join in the pottery making your own clay pot. While the pot is fired you continue to explore along the side of the river. You and your companion head into the woods and notice a small hole in the ground near a tree. You look into the hole and notice that it is a cave, so you both explore the cave. You then find your way back to the canvas. You continue your painting having explored the countryside and village. After finishing the painting, you head home, go to bed and drift and float asleep.

The background music has been designed to promote sleep, it includes brain entraining frequencies which guide you through the process of sleep, and rhythms within the music to encourage sleep.
