“The Kingdom of God is a Party" - Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller featuring Tony Campolo

Pastor Bobby welcomes Tony Campolo to The Hour of Power. Tony is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Eastern University, a former faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, and the founder and president of the Evangelical Association for the Promotion of Education. He is the author of more than 35 books. Tony is one of the founders of the Red Letter Christian movement and blogs regularly at his website redletterchristians.org. Today, Tony brings the message, “The Kingdom of God is a Party.”
 
Pastor Bobby talks one-on-one with Tony about his ministry and the importance of emphasizing coming into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
 
Jenny Oaks Baker is known as America’s violinist. A Grammy nominated musician, Jenny began her playing career at the age of four. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, and her master’s degree at the Juilliard School in New York City. She has performed with the Utah Symphony, the Concerto Soloists Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Today, Jenny performs “Prayer of the Children” (comp: Kurt Bestor), along with her four children: Sarah – cello/vocals, Matthew - acoustic guitar, Laura – violin, and Hannah – piano/vocals.
 
Jenny also performs “God Help the Outcasts” (comp: Alan Menken). She is accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
