Distracted civilians that don’t move is universal apparently. There is no law in Argentina to move to the right and stop for emergency vehicles but yes to give way. I really miss the organization of the USA system. Plus the distances in Argentina for the outskirts of big cities are greater since we do not cover an 8 minute response time with our ambulances. It’s a bit more stressful but we make it work.
