First Cook on the recteq RT-1250 Pellet Grill

In this first cook on my new @recteq RT-1250 wood pellet grill, I wanted to demonstrate how much capacity it has. I opted to go with 6 large Boston butts and 3 racks of baby back ribs. This should give you a good idea of how much room this grill has 😁
