Giant Pinwheel wind turbine

After seeing a video on 'How to make a large aluminum pinwheel'

I wondered if a bigger, cheaper one could be made using one sheet of my favorite material; Fluted Plastic!
My thoughts if it worked would be to turn it into a fun portable wind generator that I could take to the ocean when camping out for a week.
