Massage Lesson Therapy | Relaxation

In this video, I demonstrate a basic full-body massage sequence designed to help relax the body and release tension.

The session begins with the back, as this is where most tension is typically stored. I start by using a professional massage device to gently warm up the muscles, improve blood circulation, and prepare the body for deeper work.

Next, I continue the massage using my hands, which allows for more precise pressure and a deeper, more personalized relaxation.

Then I move on to the legs. Working on the lower body helps support circulation, reduce heaviness, and relieve built-up fatigue.

Finally, I return to the back to complete the session, helping to balance the body and enhance the overall feeling of relaxation.

This sequence allows the body to gradually unwind, making the massage more effective and comfortable.
