Hi guys! I hope you enjoy this vertical jump workout! Obviously, you can't do the entire workout everyday to jump higher, but you can stretch and foam roll everyday to jump higher! It is definitely possible to get a 50 inch vertical with this workout, but it will take years! However, these exercises are by far the best vertical jump exercises that are available to most people. You don't need equipment to increase your vertical jump, but it does help.
