उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी में दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहां एथलीत लड़की के साथ उसके ब्वॉयफ्रेंड सहित 7 लोगों ने गैंगरेप की वारदात को अंजाम दिया है. घटना को लेकर ⁠पीड़ित लड़की और पिता ने एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है. पीड़िता के ⁠बयान के आधार पर सुसंगति धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है. घटना की जानकारी होने के बाद ⁠पुलिस ने मुक़दमा पंजीकृत कर आरोपियों को हिरासत में ले लिया है. पीड़िता ने ⁠घटना के दो दिन बाद अपने पिता को पूरा घटनाक्रम बताया है. बीते ⁠दो अप्रेल को लड़की को उसके ब्वॉयफ्रेंड ने मिलने के लिए बुलाया था, जहां उसके सभी दोस्त पहले से मौजूद थे.
