Baku hosts the "Big Five" Exhibition

On May 19, inspired by the success of previous exhibitions, IDEA Campaign teamed up with its national partners including Baku Museum of Modern Arts, the "Qiz Qalasi" Art Gallery, Baku Magazine, and Ichari Shahar State Historical and Architectural Reserve and organized the "Big Five" exhibition in the framework of the Third International Maiden Tower Festival.
In her welcoming speech Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, IDEA founder, expressed her gratitude for all partners for contributing to the implementation of this project. It was mentioned that the exhibition had been dedicated to gazelles, one of the most beautiful and endangered animals of the South Caucasus. A collection of gazelle models painted by Azerbaijani and foreign artists from 23 different countries were demonstrated.
"Each of these artists may have different perspectives in depiction of these beautiful animals, but all of them had one message -- importance of peace, love and mutual understanding in the common house we are living in." told Mrs. Aliyeva highlighting the correlation between that idea and IDEA Campaign's "One Earth -- One Future" slogan.
It is worth mentioning that Istanbul, Rome and London and some other cities around the globe will host the "Big Five" Exhibition in the upcoming months.
