How to Make Mayo Garlic Sauce | Shawarma Sauce

This is my own version of Mayo-Garlic sauce!
These are the ingredients:
Whole Garlic bulb peeled and washed
2 tbsp of Garlic powder
1 tbsp of Onion powder
1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder
2 tbsp of Oregano or Basil
1/2 tsp of Salt
2 bottle cups of Apple Cider vinegar
Small bottle of Mineral water
1.9L of Mayonnaise or almost fill your blender
Note* adjust the ingredients depend on the amount of mayonnaise you want to make.
