They may say its impossible to hold a moment in your hands, but I’ve done it before.
It’s not as complicated as you may think, or as heavy as it may seem.
“But how?”
You may be wondering.
Well, you see, if you only look for the profound in the biggest moments, you’ll miss it.
The gravity and depth of a moment can sometimes only be found in the quiet of the room.
The look of anticipation in his eyes as you catch them for half of a second.
The smell of a candle in the corner thats been burning all night.
The knowing of his soul.
The atmosphere of the room shifting under your feet as you enter it.
The pounding in your spirit, the resonation that bursts from deep inside of you, when you realize... this is a moment.
What we have stepped into is unlike anything else I will ever experience again, and the beautiful thing is, we can go back here in our minds anytime we wish.
The intricate pieces that have shaped us as individuals, a lifetime of moments that has led us to now. Leave us feeling the anticipation of the ones we are yet to make, together, as one.
