Neville Goddard taught that physical reality is just an illusion reflecting what is inside the person, and all people and situations that manifest are just a mirror to what exists within you (everyone is you pushed out). This is perfectly reflected in the teachings of the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono.

Use this meditation daily for 21 days by choosing a person or situation you want to forgive and transform for the better and repeating -out loud or in your head- the 4 phrases of the Ho'oponopono prayer:

I'M SORRY. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. THANK YOU. I LOVE YOU.

ORIGINS OF THE HO'OPONOPONO TECHNIQUE:
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian method of forgiveness and reconciliation. The word "Ho'oponopono" is translated in English as "correction", "to make something right", "to rectify". It is believed that someone's errors can make a person sick. Through the Ho'oponopono practice -often performed by a healer or the person's family members- the error in judgment, thought and actions is rectified and forgiveness and healing is achieved. Similar spiritual practices can be found on islands across the South Pacific (Hawaii, New Zealand, Samoa and other places).

Joe Vitale made Ho'oponopono popular by presenting to the world the case of Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, who worked in the Hawaii State Hospital and used this practice to heal a ward of criminally insane patients. Dr. Hew Len said that he didn't even meet the patients. All he had was these patients' files. He believed that for these patients to be healed, he had to correct the error within himself that manifested them as criminally insane. He would review the files of these patients while practicing the 4 phrases of Ho'oponopono ("I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you"). Incredibly, the patients whose files he reviewed while practicing this forgiveness method started coming off their medication, stopped being violent and became more peaceful and many were released.
