Megan and I had a couple of mackerel fillets on hand so we figured it was a good time to try out this recipe from The Gaijin Cookbook. As usual, a fun process. The results were not bad, even if we thought it could use a little tweaking. Guest starring: Nicholas the baby and Scout the (toy) dog.
