Driver of Booker Direct van enters roundabout in left lane then moves sharply right into my path* (you can see his hand pull down on the steering wheel.) I have to brake. I legitimately briefly toot to say “hey, I’m here, look out!” Totally trivial, no problem, I don’t have an issue with any of this.

*Note that a third, right turn lane, opens up on the roundabout. I hold my lane. I am not changing lane.

He gestures and shouts out his window and, after he starts moving with the green light at 25 seconds, he brake checks me. Sharp enough to cause me to brake sharply. Not surprisingly, I toot again. Maybe slightly delayed, but he could be under no doubt that I tooted in response to his brake check.

He then stops in busy traffic, leaves his van, approaches my car in a physically threatening manner and shouts vile abuse ("f**king tw*t", etc)

Maybe he had a bad day, but no excuse for that type of reaction. Reported to Booker who said they would talk to the driver. I have no further information.
