As a Coast-Salish-Led organization, we believe it’s important for family and community members to have a say in how we are run. That’s why they are at the top of our society structure! 🌱 At NIȽ TU,O, our family and community elect our Chief and Council, who appoints our Board Members, who then select our Executive Director.

❤️ This leadership structure ensures that the community members of the 7 Nations we serve are always represented and prioritized in the work we do.
