INGREDIENTS
4 oz (113 g) cooked shrimp (I used chopped large shrimp)
8 oz (227 g) fresh bean sprouts
1 scallion (chopped)
3 large eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp (12 g) corn starch
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp white pepper
pinch of salt
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups (295 ml) chicken broth
(I mixed hot water and 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder for chicken broth)
1 Tbsp (14 g) oyster sauce
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sugar (I forgot to add this on camera)
1 Tbsp (8 g) corn starch
2 Tbsp (30 ml) cold water
