Cofounders Nick Devane and Mike Dee created a “WeWork” for cooks with their co-working space for chefs and food entrepreneurs. Foodworks has helped start more than 195 companies - the majority woman or minority-owned. With $16 million in funding and four locations across the Northeast, the company is planning to add new kitchens in Chicago and Dallas.
