Governor Bill Clinton Announcement for President of the United States
On October 3, 1991, Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton announced his candidacy for President of the United States in front of the Old State House in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. He would go on to win the general election in November 1992 and served eight years as President.
