Hi everyone, I am sharing with you my delicious Lemon Zucchini Bread recipe. It's easy to make and even the kids love it! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 cups white flour
1 1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup of shredded zucchini
2 tsp baking powder or leavening powder
