Hot And Fast Baby Back Ribs

These are my Hot and Fast Baby Backs using a 1 1 and Done Method. Great for when you don't have the time to play the long game.

1 Hour at 325F rotating and flipping at the 30 minute mark.
Wrap in Butcher Paper
1 Hour at 375F rotating and flipping at the 30 minute mark.
Unwrapped
Meat down for 5 minutes
Flip to the bone side down and Brush with Glaze or Sauce (If you Choose).
